MYOB PDF Manager Preview Bar doesn't load on sign-in

Hi Jax,

You will need to edit your MPCConfiguration.xml file.

It is usually located C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Roaming\PDF Manager\MPCConfiguration.xml

Close PDF Manager

Edit the file in note pad.

Change ONLY the line that says..

<ShowHidePDFPreview>false</ShowHidePDFPreview>

to be

<ShowHidePDFPreview>true</ShowHidePDFPreview>

Save the file and reopen PDF Manager

Thanks David but I don't have that path.

The only path I have is: C:\MYOB\Knowledge Management\PDF Manager\Data\Jacqui\Printed and there is nothing in it...

Try opening your files explorer and typing %appdata% in the address bar.

You should be able to drill the rest of the path after that.
