Prefill not downloading
Good morning,
When I attempt to download and save a an ATO prefill report it goes into "Downloading..." phase and seems to hang there. How do I fix this?

Hi sbfreyer,
You can try restarting your MYOB Tax SBR Sender Service. The instructions to do so are linked here:https://practice-support.myob.com/supps/restarting-the-myob-tax-sbr-sender-server
Alternatively, you can contact support on 1300 555 117 with access to your server and we can assist you with this.We hope this helps!
