Tax return stuck on 'transmitting' in the lodgement manager homepage

I submitted tax returns through lodgement manager but they have been showing as 'transmitting' for a long time. How long does this normally take? how can I make sure they are transmitted?

  • Hey LenFr0st

Either in the Lodgement manager, returns can get stuck as transmitting/transmitted

    Or

In the pre-fill manager, pre-filling can be stuck on 'downloading'

You will typically find this is fixed by restarting the SBR sender server.

To restart the server - follow these instructions below:

    1. From the desktop of your Server or Standalone, press and hold the Windows key and R on your keyboard.
    2. In the Open field, enter services.msc and click OK.
    3. From the list of Services, locate the MYOB Tax SBR Sender Server.
    4. The Status column will either display Running or, if the service is not running, the column will be blank.
    5. If you want to restart the service, right-click on the service and select Restart from the drop-down.
The MYOB Tax Sender Server service is restarted and displays a status of Running.
    6. After a few minutes, the Lodgment Manager homepage will display a green button with the description System ready for lodgment on the bottom-right of the window. This means that the lodgment system is up and running.

More information can be found on this page.
