V23 Error Message

We have an error message preventing completion of a return:

V23   Invalid $ value (cannot be negative) E712 refer help for item and description

 

How so we refer to help?

    Hi RPD,

     

    I've checked with our dev team to confirm (I thought E712 was a newer field).

     

    E712 refers to field D6 on the new Deductions schedule.

    Hi RPD,

     

    next to the validation message, there is a green arrow - give that a click - that should take you to the appropriate field.

     

    V23 is one of the generic error messages (much like the V17 mandatory data missing)

    Hi Matt

     

    No, nothing happens when I do that.

    See the screen shot - the other warnings give the item and when I click on the green arrow it takes me there.

    My error message does not refer to any specific item.
