Allocating multiple transactions at once results in false error

Hiya

For a month or two now, every time I allocate multiple transactions into the one account using the multi-select feature, it does work but it takes a while (depending how many I've selected at once), but more annoyingly gives me an error saying there was an issue allocating the transactions.

Refreshing the page does show it always allocates properly, so it seems to be a false error. It happens regardless if I select 2, 5 or 20 transactions to allocate in the one go, and it's not the biggest deal but I feel it shouldn't happen, so I'm bringing it up !

I've attached two screenshots for reference - example 2 shows how it simultaneously gives the success and error notification in the bottom left.

Cheers !

    Hey adminatfarmhous,

Thanks for us sending through those screenshots. Even though that weird error message pops up when you’re allocating multiple transactions, as long as they actually land where they need to, you can just ignore the notification. However, if the message continues to show up, it's best to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.

    Cheers,

    Doreen
