Bank Feed Request still says processing after more than 10 days
I put in bank feed requests for two accounts several weeks ago and they are still showing the status as processing. Do I need to do anything to progress this? I can't do anything from the bank as it requests a code but I can't get another code from MYOB as I can't revisit those accounts.

I understand this could be confusing if we don't know what's causing the delay. For me to check on this for you, please send me a private message containing the last 4 digits of these bank feeds and your serial number.
