Bank feed rules

I have a file with bank rules setup and they just wont work. I have used multiple other files with bank rules working successfully but this one won't pick up any of the rules I have created. What am I missing.

    Thank you for your post. 

     

    May I know how they are not applying and is it specific to a type of transaction? If these are recurring transactions you might not be able to match them to these since it has pre-defined amounts that might not match the bank feed amount. We don't recommend using rules for recurring transactions that come through the bank feed. 

     

    Bank Rules may not apply to some QIF files as well and this is a known case by the team.

      I am not understanding your question, I have the exact same type of reccurring transactions on another file and the rules work. 

       

      The bank feed doesn't pick up the rules that I have created i.e I need to manually enter every single deposit into the bank account because they do not allow me to approve them on the bank feed.

       

      Very time consuming.

        Hi kha 

         

        Are you uploading QIF files or do you have manually imported statements? If this is the case, there is a known issue about it that is still under investigation.

         

        Another thing you can try is checking the Tax Code on these rules. Go to the browser or app.myob.com >> Banking >> Bank Rules. Make sure that there is also a tax code in the browser. This can cause the bank feeds to not apply as well.
