Bank Feeds Merge Accounts

Good Morning I have currently 2 Credit Cards 2 different numbers and 2 accounts and bank feeds set up for both all good works fine. I recently changed banks and opened up 2 new credit cards so I have set them up the same However this bank works a little different The 2 cards have an overarching card account where all transactions sit together and payment is not made to the individual card but the overarching account so I decided to open a bank feed for the overarching account. Now I have 3 accounts 2 Primary credit card accounts and the main overarching account. I no longer require the 2 primary accounts but need to merge all the data into the overarching account so I can reconcile this account. Any clue as to how I clean up this mess I appear to find myself in?   

The new bank is NAB for anyone that has an understanding of their setup.
