Bank Feeds not loading

Hi, We have previously had bank feeds many years ago & then they were disabled. Now we want to activate them again. When I go into manage bank bank accounts, the bank account is there, status is no longer receiving. I have gone into the banking hub & ensured the details are correct, however it is saying "The bank has advised this account is no longer transacting ( most likely closed ). It isnt closed. Please advise how I can I start the bank feeds? Thanks

    Thanks for double-checking everything. Sounds like you've done all the right steps. Since the message you're seeing is coming from the bank's end, the best way forward is to have our team take a closer look.
