To my knowledge, we weren't aware of any widespread reports of clients not able to access their Bank Feeds around the time of your post. Having a look at your bank feeds, I can see that we have delivered and those feeds have been collected into the company file as intended - with one account having 1 transaction collected and another account having 4 transactions collected.
Don't hesitate to get in touch if you require further assistance with your bank feeds or another enquiry.
