Bank Feeds

Hi, 

 

We are unable to add a new account to our bank feeds.

We have 2 accoutns already but no one in the company has the ability to add a new account.

 

Please can someone fix this so we can add new account

    Hi, Aspect2 

     

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

     

    Did you receive any error messages when adding a new account? If you are applying for a new account to your bank feeds, you may need to apply first to the bank feeds for that new account. To do this, kindly check out The Help Article: Manage bank feeds for further information.

    Hi Doreen, 

     

    We aready have 2 accounts linked. But we are trying to add a new account form the same bank.

    Now no one in the comapny not even the owenr of the file has the abiltiy to click on the button and add new account. No one is able to see the buttons.  Please can we get someone to check as there is an error that we cannot get access and therefore cannot get an application form to send to the bank.

    Kindly confirm if you receive any error messages when clicking the button to add a new bank account. Make sure to remove sensitive information before posting in the Forum. Also, you may follow the steps provided in The Help Article: Set up bank feeds for further information.

    Hi Doreen, 

     

    There is NO button to push on anyones account.

     

    No option for buttons nothing

    Kindly send us a screenshot where we can see that there is no option on your end to create a new account for bank feeds. make sure to remove sensitive information before posting in the Forum.

    Hi Doreen, 

     

    This is 2 different accounts with no bank feeds.

     

    Both accounts are administrators.
