Deposited funds from undeposited account not showing in bank reconciliation

Hi

I am using Account Right Plus and  reconcile accounts manually.

Suddenly after recording the undeposited funds they don't show in the bank reconciliation. I checked the date that I deposited the undeposited funds and the dates are correct. This hasn't happened before, therefore there must be a problem with MYOB.

Can you please assist?
