Deposited funds from undeposited account not showing in bank reconciliation

Question

HiI am using Account Right Plus and&nbsp; reconcile accounts manually.&nbsp;Suddenly after recording the undeposited funds they don't show in the bank reconciliation. I checked the date that I deposited the undeposited funds and the dates are correct. This hasn't happened before, therefore there must be a problem with MYOB.&nbsp;Can you please assist?&nbsp;Thank you, Diana.
