Macquarie bank feeds - mia for yet another month

Down again since 19th January and down for 3+ weeks in December, plus a few days before.

Is this an MYOB or a Macquarie issue.

I am tired of complaining, just want this to work.

    This is a joke  It's now 13 February and nothing  Not even an email to explain

  • The only way that I know to get to MYOB is to get your accountant to ring them.  I've just asked my accountant to do this for me.

  • We don't pay much so the only way MYOB can make a profit is by not providing staff to assist us.  They'll talk to your accountant as they have many MYOB users.  I only access once a month. So, whenever it happens, I suggest emailing your accountant if the problem lasts more than, say, 7 days.

    Who do they even ring?  No phone contact details any more

  • No Idea who she rings.  It's just the users on their cheap version who can't ring MYOB.  I just emailed my accountant & asked her to talk to MYOB & get this issue fixed as well as find out what is going wrong since it was down in December as well.  If you don't have an accountant, I guess you'll have to wait until someone else with MBL realizes & gets their accountant to talk to MYOB.
