Matching bank feed to invoices

Hi 

I am new to bank feeds so hoping for some help

I have got my bank feed transactions for the month but when I select Find Match and input a date range and an amount nothing shows up. Even though the sales invoice is <4months old, is open and its date and amount are in the range I'm using.

 

Any suggestions?

    Hi lisafin,

    Thanks for checking in!  You won’t be able to match an invoice directly in Bank Feeds since it only shows payment transactions. Instead of selecting Find, choose New to record the payment (see image attached). You can also check out this help page for more details. How matching works
