NAB Corporate Credit Cards bank feeds

Hi ... we just established a NAB Corporate Credit Card facility. NAB (their implementation manager) advised us to submit 1 x bank feed form for the header account and get our facility manager to sign the bank feed form but the bank feed form appears to require an individual bank feed form for each credit card with each individual cardholder to sign? Can you please confirm which is correct?

If we need to obtain a new bank feed form for each new credit card potentially waiting for 2 weeks for each new credit card to be put into place seems a bit of a business impost these days especially when our facility will allow the issue of temporary digital cards. So I'm hoping that the NAB advice was correct and my interpretation is wrong!

    Hi RoxyAtButtery,

Gotcha. thanks for explaining! If NAB's told you to go ahead with the one form for the header account, that should be sweet. Since it's an MYOB form, you're doing the right thing checking in with us. We won't knock it back if it's filled out properly and matches what's needed for the account.

For additional info about setting up your NAB, check this out: Connecting a NAB account to MYOB.

    Regards,

    Sai

    Hi RoxyAtButtery,

You're spot on to question it. If NAB told you one form for the header account is enough, and your facility manager signs it, that's usually the go for corporate setups. But if the form's asking for each cardholder, it might mean the cards are set up individually, not under a true corp facility.

Best bet, flick NAB a quick follow-up to double-check how your account's set up. Would be a pain to wait on forms for every card if you don't need to.

    Regards,

    Sai

Isaiah_C The form is a MYOB form though not a NAB form which is why I am asking in here.

I will go with what NAB said - I just don't want MYOB to say no to the form if their answer should be yes. I'll do the one form for the header account.
