Old Bank Deposits

Are these transactions found in AccountRight's Banking > Prepare Bank Deposit window?

 

If so, you could simply change the Linked Account so when the window is opened it doesn't display those old transactions again.

 

The steps for this would be:

1. Make sure the account balance is $0 and all deposits have been processed as needed

2. Create a new Bank Account in the Account List

3. Go to: Setup > Linked Accounts > Accounts & Banking Accounts

4. Set the Bank Account for Undeposited Funds to the new account you created on Step 2 and click OK

 

This will then stop showing older deposits on that window and you'll be free to mark the old account as inactive to hide it from reports.
