Separating credit cards in bank feeds

Hi. 

We have one credit card account with 3 cards - one for each of the directors. This account is set up for bank feeds, which up until now has been perfect.

However, we recently took on a branch business, and one of the 3 cards has been designated for purchases for there exclusively. This branch business has it's own MYOB so I don't need to record/reconcile these in my MYOB.

Does anyone have any experience in using bank feeds in this situation? Is it even possible? 

Would appreciate any advice regarding this.
