Activity slips import errors - 52 & 66

Hello

I have tried to find an answer for this on other post's but nothing seems to work.

 

I'm having issues with 2x customers whose activity slips are not importing - error -52 "customer not found". 

 

Both customers are in MYOB and their names match the source where the activity slips are generated, designation is set as Company, both have card ID's to help identify, both only have one customer file.

 

I am out of ideas.

    Hi TAinslie,

     

    Seems like those import errors -52 & 66 are a bit of an odd one. I couldn’t find anything on them so far. Your best bet might be having a quick chat with our team by raising a support ticket via My Account or jumping on live chat through MYOB Support.
