CSV Import of Spend Money fails

(Posted earlier today - deleted for reasons unknown)

 

MYOB AR 2015.5.1.3

Trying to import a CSV with a lot of pre-processed data in it.

 

Sample of data :


{}
Date, Tax-Inc Amount, Tax-Ex Amount, Last Name, Memo, Allocation Account, Cheque Account, Tax Code, Inclusive

2/01/2025, 145.51, 132.28, MyCard, Fuel station, 60392, 11131, GST, X

 


Error log :

 

Summary of errors
Error -15: Account number not found in list of postable accounts.

-15,3/01/2025, 10.2, 9.27,, Patreon,,, GST,X

 

 

All accounts are detail, manual test works. Any thoughts?

    Sorry for the late reply, I hope you've managed to get in touch with our support team and got the help you needed. That kind of error usually gets sorted by checking the error log and looking over the file you imported. Sometimes reimporting the Spend Money using an import template does the trick, too.
