Import Addresses

Help, need assistance, have import customer list without addresses, went back and to import the addresses, and they have not came through.

What am doing wrong. Can send text file to tech for assistance.

    Hi InTheHills,

     

    It looks like the addresses didn’t make it in that first go. Try importing your customer file again, double-check that the address details are included this time before you hit import. Here’s a handy link that will guide you how importing contacts works in MYOB. If it doesn’t do the trick, give our team a buzz through a virtual assistant MOCA, or send a support request through MyAccount to help you get it sorted.
