    Hi watime

Welcome to the Community Forum. The export file layout for AccountRight 19.5 and AccountRight Live are slightly different so you may not be able to export from one and import into another.

This is the order in which I recommend:

    1. Check that all the other data is in your file, as you won't be able to import an inventory adjustment with items that don't yet exist (Instructions on the import order can be found here: Create a new company file by importing from another company file)
    2. Then create an import template that is compatible with ARL (Instructions here: Create an import template)
    3. Export the data from your v19.5 file (Instructions here: Exporting data)
    4. Then opening the ARL template and copying the information from v19 into the correctly named fields (Instructions here: Use the import template
    5. Save it as a .txt, do a backup of your new file and attempt to import again (depending on the amount of data you might want to import in smaller batches)

If the does not resolve your issue could you please respond with the exact error you are receiving? Attaching the log and/or the import file would help too.  (just make sure if theres anything sensitive to radact it)
