I have purchased the inventory module etc and am trying to import products,
i have downloaded the sample and followed all the steps and all it will import is the Name, Description and item number nothing else,
this is even happens with the downloaded sample file so i assume its something im doing that causing it not to work right
i recieve the email saying its all uploaded fine but its not,.
anyone have any ideas?

When you got the email, did you see an error log that was attached by any chance?

If you go into inventory menu -> click into items -> Do you see any items in here?.
If you try to import the same file, what happens? Do you get an error?.
