Hi heirloom , the attached sample file will update prices for Level A, 2 qty breaks. It imports correctly to AccountRight 2022.6. Hopefully it will guide your own import.

Hi Mike
thank you for your response, but no cigar. I have tried changing the import columns, all my pricing has updated but not quantity or the pricing attached to the quantity changes. So now if we sell over a certain quantity on some items it is selling at zero????

Hi heirloom, when you match the fields during the import process, do you use automatch? If so, check that AccountRight has matched all the columns - for example, Excel will add quotes around Price Level A, Qty Break 1 when saving to text, therefore automatch won't pick it up.
Also make sure that all items have a quantity in the quantity break fields when required:
Quantity Break 1 will always be zero
Quantity Break 2 and above must have a higher value than its predecessor.
If you can, attach a small sample of the txt file you are importing. Note this is a public forum.

Hi Mike
thank you again for helping me out. Please find attached my import, please note that i am trying to delete (zero out) all quanity price changes.

Hi heirloom , if you have existing prices for quantity breaks, then to remove any of those prices, you will need to repeat those quantities in the import file, with the prices set to 0.

Hi Mike
is that not what i have done??

Hi heirloom , I don't think so. In your file, the fields labelled Quantity Break 1 to Quantity Break 5 are all set to zero.
If you have existing qty break prices in the file, then Quantity Break 2 up to Quantity Break 5 (if used) should show the quantity break value, eg 5, 10 etc., as per each item.

Hi Mike
i think i am missing something, we are wanting to delete all price quantity breaks that is why i am replacing with a zero

Hi heirloom , I'm not sure either now, let me do some tests here. It may be that previously created qty breaks cannot be deleted by import.
