PrivateKeychain password

Good morning,

after spending 2 hours on the phone and live chat to no avail , i am asking for some help with the picture of the attached file.

Can you please tell me how or where  I get a password .

    Hi Marcon 

     

    Generally speaking, the Keychain password is the password that you use to sign onto your Mac, and nothing specifically related to your AccountEdge user profile.

    After a frustrating saturday seeking the technical advice to sort this keychain password over the phone ,  to no avail,  I "Logged out" of my  Mac , then opened it with what  I knew to be the password . it worked so then used the same in the keychain password , your community answer has worked for me straight away.
