Not receiving password re-set email

Hi there, I've been trying to change our log in password, but the password re-set email is not arriving in our email inbox. Has this happened to anyone else?

  • Hello, I was able to change my password the next day, must have been some sort of glitch in the system. I do not need anything further, thank you. Please close this support request.

    Hi wesleyhillautos,

     

    That definitely sounds a bit odd, and you're not the only one who's run into this, so you're not imagining things.

     

    Sometimes those reset emails can be a bit sneaky and land in your junk and spam folder, so it's worth having a quick peek there. If it's still playing hide and seek, double-check the email address linked to your MYOB login, just in case there's a typo or it's going to a different inbox.

     

    If no luck after all that, you need to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via MyAccount.
