Can't print reports to Excel

Hi folks. I'm running AccountRight 2023.1.24.7870 on Windows 11 pro with Office 365 Excel locally installed. I need to run my annual General Ledger and Account Recociliation reports and nothing happens when I Export to Excel. Thanks for any help.

Hi hungrystix1 , assuming that it used to work, and your version of Office is still a 32-bit version, have you tried a quick repair of Office?

To do this, in Windows 10, search for Control Panel, then Programs and Features, find Microsoft 365, right-click and choose Change, then confirm, then choose Quick Repair. Once that's done, restart AccountRight and try Excel again.

If that still doesn't work, repeat but choose Online instead of Quick repair, which will take a bit longer. Then restart AccountRight and try again.

To check your Office version, open Excel, go to File, Accounts, About Excel, and read off the top line in bold, which should end in "32-bit".

    Let us know the result.

Hi MichelleBerndt , in Windows 11, click the Search field in the toolbar, then type "control", select Control Panel, then select Programs (the header) then select Programs and Features. Then continue on as described.  I hope I've answered your question.
