Export Comprehensive Customer Data

Hi GCPC,

The card list report includes all the details from your customer cards in one report. You can choose which fields to include by navigating to Insert/Modify > Show Hide. Thank you for your reply, Genreve.  I have tried what you suggested again and still I am unable to produce a report with all of the information on the screen in the Customer Card List.  Can you actually produce a report with all of the information on the screen in the Customer Card List?

Sorry if I misunderstood and thank you for confirming. If you're trying to collate information like phone numbers and card IDs from the contact list into one export, your best bet is to use the import/export assistant to export a file containing customer card data. You can read about that from this link.

Thanks, but it doesn't really help.  I need to produce a list of all the info on the screen in the Customer Card List.  The link provided doesn't help.  Is there no way to produce the list.  I can't give the whole MYOB file to a prospective buyer of the business.  I just want to provide an Excel file with all of the info needed for all Customers.

While you can't directly download the Customer Card List into Excel, you can still export the info you need. It's just slightly different path. You'll want to go through the this link then look under "Cards - customers" for detailed steps. Hi Doreen,

Thanks for your message.  I tried the link and it doesn't export to an Excel file that can be uploaded into other accounting software & with all of the info on the Customer Card List screen.  I have also tried the Live Chat and kept being linked with someone in NZ about NZ Accounting, so I have lodged a written query.  Hopefully I get an answer that works.
