Hi, Ando2924
Thanks for your post.
While MYOB AccountRight doesn't directly offer a built-in function to extract a separate trial balance based solely on category or job, there are possible workarounds you can try.
- Navigate to the Trial Balance report: Go to Reports > Accounts > Trial Balance.
- Apply Category/Job filters:
- Category: Click the Funnel icon beside the "Account" column and select "Category" from the filter options. Choose the desired categories you want to be included in the trial balance.
- Job: Click the Funnel icon beside the "Account" column and select "Job" from the filter options. Choose the desired jobs you want to be included in the trial balance.
- Export the filtered report: Once you have applied the desired filters, click the Export button and choose either "Excel" or "CSV" format.
Please let us know if you require further assistance with this.
Best regards,
Doreen

Thanks Doreen for the proposed solution. Is this solution available in MYOB AccountRight Plus v 2023.11.0/Build 2023.1.1.7

Hi, Ando2924
Upon replicating the steps, the "Additional Filters" button is greyed out, which only means that this cannot be done. With that, we encourage you to please take a moment to post on the AccountRight Ideas Exchange board for consideration.
Best regards,
Doreen

Thanks for the solution Doreen, however in our current version I don't have visibility to access the steps 1-3.
