Hi joed,
Oh, great question! So, right now, the Security Audit Report provides valuable insights by tracking user activity within the company file, such as login and logout details, including dates and times. More information can be found on this help page: Company file security audits.

So that's a no. It looks like myob only tracks login/logout and the type of transactions that are performed, but does not track what reports have been viewed.
I have an issue where I need users to be able to run Job reports but not any other reports. I have tried creating a custom report but they wont show in the list if they don't have access to the Accounts details. I don't want them runnig p+l reports because of confidentiality.
Is there a way around this or does myob have this on their to-do list? This would affect many, many businesses.

Hi joed,
Totally agree, having a way to give specific users access to certain reports would be super handy. There aren't any options to do that in the software. The best thing to do is pop this idea onto the Ideas Exchange board. That way, other users can vote on it, and it could make it into future updates.

Genreve
