Hi Jill6
What version of AccountRight are you using? see Help > About. If you are using the latest version AR2023.x, was the file originally upgraded from AccountRight v19?

actually the issue is from general ledger which is balance sheet account. but I couldn't find the right section for it. so just selected this section.
we are using AccountRight plus 2023.7.0. Build is 2023.7.1.5
the problem is there is 150k in one of credit card account in current liability. but no any transaction for this amount if run the history report from begining to today. and opening balance was zero.

Hi Jill6
How long has this account shown this balance - is this a recent development or has the account had this balance for several years? See old balance sheets.
The reason I asked a little about the file history is because this can explain what has happened. For example if the company file was originally a v19 company file and was upgraded to AR2013-AR2023, the transactions that set the account balance may have been purged during FY rollover. This could explain why you cannot see any transactions. You would need to look at old backups to understand the history of the account.
I suggest you discuss this with your accountant and they will know the Balance Sheet history and will be able to advise if anything needs to be done with the account balance.
If the account balance is a recent development, and there are no transactions to explain it, it may be caused by a bug in AR2023.
Without more information, all we can offer is guesswork.

Gavin
