Sorry for the late response. I can see why you'd be over it. Especially since you've already reported this before and it's still popping up. That's definitely a bit of a head-scratcher, especially when you're not even trying to print anything. Sometimes MYOB still tries to connect to the default printer in the background when generating reports, even if you're just after a screenshot. A good trick to try is setting your default printer to "Microsoft Print to PDF" or restarting your print spooler. That usually clears the hiccup.
If it's still hanging around after that, the best next step would be to reach out to your IT person, as it's likely something with the Windows or printer setup that just needs a little tweak.
