AccountRight API Error

Hi there,
 
We are trying to export a service purchase via API. However, we are receiving the below error which we have never seen before. Can someone please help us understand this error? We have checked the job and it is setup as "Details Job".
 
"Message": "BusinessLine_JobHeaderNotAllowed"
      "AdditionalDetails": "JobId:(PurchaseEventMiscellaneousLine)"
      "ErrorCode": 4244

    Hi Radha-EM 

     

    Thanks for reaching out, The main reason that would cause this error response is if the job was set up as a header job or changed from a header job to a detailed job. As you have checked the job and can see this is a detail job would you please be able to send us a full HTTP trace (including request and response headers, URI and message body/JSON) for that request that is returning the error message to developers@myob.com so we can investigate further into what is causing this error.
