MYOB upgrade fails with OzBiz Ezylink

MYOB Upgrade to 2024.7.1.14 has a failing for Retail Business that use OzBiz Ezylink to import data.

 

I have 13 retail outlets that are unable to get data into MYOB since the upgrade yesterday.  Does anyone have a workaround until MYOB fixes this issue please? 

 

Even though is has an allow access button, this does not work.

    Hi,

    There doesnt appear to be a workaround at the moment. Our 3rd Party App as well as others have the sam issue.

    Hi Illek , our investigation has found that this relates to the app developers using an unsupported browser.
    You will need to raise this with OzBiz Ezylink to have them update to a supported browser

    Hi Mike

     

    It has affected more than just OzBiz Ezylink if you look at Trish Lee's response.  Other 3rd party apps also affected.  OzBiz have done a great job of getting us back importing.
