account payment query

Why is it so hard to get MYOB to answer a question about my account.

 

I have had a query since beginning of August and nobody will reply.

 

I thought if you had a query on a direct debit there shouldn't be any payments taken out until the account is sorted.

 

I am writing here as nobody will answer the 0800 number to discuss it

      Hi Jenniek

       

      I phoned the number and they no longer do bill enquiries over the phone.

       

      You have to do it all over the internet :(
