Contact a MYOB sales person


I have a new client who is trying to somehow setup a subscription for AR Plus so he can activate his new file and put it online. He has posted a message on here but isn't familiar with the process once the subscription is setup so I have asked him to authorise me to deal with MYOB - please PM me so I can give the information and get his system up and running with bank feeds, etc.

    Thank you for your response and for providing the information. Upon reviewing the account, everything appears to be active, and the subscription has been reactivated. I've also confirmed and reactivated their file successfully. If you're still experiencing issues, please let us know, and we'll be more than happy to take another look to assist you.

    Hi Earl_HD 

     

    I have just tried to login again and it still shows as expired. This makes it very difficult for clients when they lose days and can't invoice clients.
