Help

Hi 

 

I cannot log into MYOB.

Message on the screen

 

Backup in Progress

This company file is currently backing up

You can sign on once the backup is complete

 

Please help

    I was able to arrange an online script over your file that should fix the issue. If the issue persists, make sure to reach out to our support team directly. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.

    Hi Earl,

     

    Can you please help as we have been locked out again all weekend and this is becoming very frustrating that we had no way of contacting anyone in MYOB over the weekend to get back up and running and our business has suffered because of it.

     

    Please reset asap due to the same backup issue as before. Why does this happen?
