MYOB Accountright - Backup in progress

Please help. I am unable to login due to backup in progress.

    I contacted support through their online chat to resolve this issue.

    Great news! I've sorted out the hiccup with your company file, so you should be good to log in now without any "backup in progress" interruptions. If you encounter any issues in the future, don't hesitate to create a post again.

    I have the same problem.

    Can you help to sort my backing up file from 20/06/2024 please. Could not log in.
