START UP

Why does this program show the login splash screens twice?

 

Process;

start application

First splash screen panel, "welcome window"  choose the company file,

Enter email address. 

WAIT.......minutes.........

Sign in screen again - enter email address again......

No option to enter the password.

WAIT - up to 5 minutes pass......

 

It's a high-spec PC, with a clean cache, and this happens regardless of the cold boot, warm reboot, or any machine state.

    Hi Louise_xoz,

    The community forum is a shared space to connect with and get advice from other MYOB customers, with the added benefit of moderators like myself being able to provide help that can benefit the community as well. As you require direct support, you will need to either submit a case via myaccount.myob.com or you can start a session with our virtual assitant MOCA which will escalate you to a livechat agent if it is unable to help (MOCA can also be found on the lower right hand side of the screen in myaccount). Sorry that it is not possible to arrange a chat session, but you will absolutely be able to reach our support team by following the advice above.

    Earl,

     

    All previous requests for assistance with the NUMEROUS faults in the software, and having NO USEFUL reply from you guys - I honestly can't be bothered dealing with you anymore.

     

    I find it amazing that you can continue to charge for software that's so full of bugs that are never corrected.  Please pass these msgs onto your management - and again I doubt they will do anything to correct these issues.

     

    As a software designer and programmer for MVS applications, I'm stunned at the lack of fixes to my numerous faults from MYOB.

    As I've said many times before, that seems to fall on deaf ears, the sign-in problem has persisted regardless of what we do.    Now the latest problem is the sign-in doesn't recognise the email or password!!!  When will these problems with your software ever stop?  Do you ever correct any of the faults/bugs your users report?

    Furthermore, when I click on resend the changed setup to email, nothing is received, nothing in spam or junk folders.  So now we can't sign in at all!  WONDERFUL.
