uograde to 2023.8

Hi,

I have upgraded to 2023.8 for account right and can't use my MYOB any more.  I can open it and while it does the starting load it disappears. Its like its hidden on another screen and I can't find it.  I have rebooted and still no change.  Any ideas on how to get it up on my screen please?

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community Forum. 

     

    I'm sorry to hear about your issue opening the software after upgrading. Generally, the app takes a little while to process the changes after the update. Since you posted about this yesterday, it's likely that the application is working now. If you are still experiencing the issue, I would suggest sending us a diagnostic log of the AccountRight and we'll look into it for you.

    I am having exactly the same issues as well. Anybody have any suggestions on how to fix this?
