On-premise installtion issue

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

I tried to do on-premise installation of MYOB Advanced but I am running into an issue and not sure how to solve it. I have attched the screenshot of the issue.

  • Hi Nilesh,

     

    Thank you for your post. 

     

    If you select the option "Create New Application Pool" the Configuration Wizard should populate the name of you new instance, you can change this name if you would like the instance to have a unique identifyer. Once selected you should be able to move to the next screen.

    Hi Bridie,

     

    Thank you for your quick response.

     

    If I choose the option "Create New Application Pool" the wizard doesn't create a new instance for me and If I specify a name and click next, I get select website error.

     

    If I click on "Relaod the list" button, I get "Can't get application pools list" error".

    Thank you for the detail, 

     

    Could you please untick "Create Virtual Directory" and let me know if you get an error?

    Same issue even if I uncheck "Create Virtual Directory".
