Hi DT , I've read on the forum that the budget must be entered via the browser to be visible in the browser.

The following steps were recommended:
In theory, it is possible to export the budget out of the Desktop application in CSV so that it can be manipulated into the required file format for the browser. I've included the steps below:
Note: The below process is complex- Within the AccountRight desktop copy of the file, go to File>>Import/Export Assistant
- Choose Export Data>>Accounts- Budgets
- Select to separate data using Commas
- Select the required fields you wish to export
- Once you have completed that export, you would open the file in the browser.
- Select to Reporting>>Reports>>Budget management.
- Choose Create Budget
- Enter the desired information.
- Select Export to CSV.
- Open both exports in Excel
- Manipulate the export data from the AccountRight file to populate the Browser export
- Once the data has been popluated, save the browser export.
- Navigate back to the browser and import back in using the Import>>CSV option.

Thanks for your workaround.
Disappointing you've effectively got to enter your budget twice if you use both desktop and online versions, which we do.

Thank you so much for your post. I would suggest to clear your Browser's cache and history or try logging in from a different browser (app.myob.com). If the issue persists, please reply to this tread with a screenshot of the window also send your serial number by Private Message so we can investigate further.

The Budget dropdown is blank, whereas there should be some budgets showing. See attached file.
Also, when I click on your Private Message link, it doesn't give the opportunity to write a message.

I'm having the same issue. The 2023/24 budget has been entered into the software. When using the online browser version it is not there, so I can't run P&L v Budget report.
Please advise a solution.

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that. I really appreciate your patience and understanding about this issue, and I do apologize for the delayed response. Can you please try to clear your browser's cache and history or try logging in from a different browser. If the issues persists, I would recommend to run the report for a shorter period.
