Cannot create a new job

Please can I get help with resolving issue of not being able to create a new 'job'. 

Error message received is:  

Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'trim'). Please try again. If the error persists, get in touch with us. Request ID: a523c786-2ee0-49f0-901a-61903c92932f.

    Thank you for providing the requested screenshot.

     

    With this, we recommend checking the user access role that was set up for you, making sure you have access to create jobs, edit, and delete. You may check the Help Article: Users for further information on how to check it.

    We only have 1 user which is myself and I have administrator access.  See below.

    Hi NJB23,

    My apologies for the late response. Could you please let me know which window you're using to create a job? If you're doing so through the Accounting menu, you might encounter an error. To avoid this issue, we suggest creating the job via the Create Invoice window. Simply click the dropdown arrow in the Job field and select 'Create Job.' This method should allow you to create and save a job without any errors.

    I have tried that also -  the accounting menu and the invoice window.

    I have errors with both methods.
