Hi PaulBear,
A bit odd that they system lodged the previous BAS when you're trying to lodge the current one. I'd suggest clearing your browser cache and cookies as saved data can sometimes act up. Then, have a look at the BAS lodgement history and settings to confirm the previous period's BAS is lodged properly and isn’t still pending. If you need more help, you can get in touch with our support team via MOCA and connect with our live chat agents or submit a support request through My Account so they can figure out what's causing the issue.

Hi,
I've done that and it still shows that I have not submitted my Oct-Dec BAS. I know this is incorrect as I saved a copy. I am sure it did this to me once before.

Thanks for giving the troubleshooting a go! Sometimes the BAS can get a bit stuck or recorded incorrectly in MYOB, even after it's already lodged with the ATO. If your BAS settings look good, try reopening the BAS form and saving it again—it might just do the trick to update the system. Hi,
The issue is still there and now does not show the Oct-Dec BAS. I have also tried to reach out to the support team which I found to be pointless as it did not give anything to help other than automated suggestions.
