Hi Faye2,
Thanks for your post. I would like to extend to you a warm welcome to the Community Forum. Thank you for bringing your concern to us.
In a normal case, we would ask to try exporting the transactions to a QIF. However, if that isn't feasible in your case, I recommend reviewing some of these threads as they contain suggestions that might be helpful:

I actually need a PDF to QIF convertor. When I have contacted the MYOB help desk I was advised there is software which can convert our statements. I have not been able to locate one and unfortunately I have had long waits trying to access MYOB technical support via phone so am now trying this platform to seek assistance.
Thankyou again for your assistance
Regards
Faye

Hi Faye2,
Thanks for reaching out and my apologies for the late response.
From an AccountRight perspective, importing a bank statement through the system requires an OFX, QFX, QIF, or OFC file format using the Import Statement feature. Notably, the AccountRight browser interface only accommodates the QIF file format.
Most banks support downloading statements in these file formats. However, if you only have a PDF format, a file converter would be necessary. As this falls outside the MYOB product suite, regrettably, we cannot provide support or assistance in this regard. Nonetheless, there are freely available converters online that could be utilized. We strongly advise consulting with an IT professional to ensure the security of any application or site you use for this purpose.
Once you've imported the bank statement file into AccountRight, if you require assistance, feel free to reach out. Additionally, our Help Article titled "Importing a bank statement" serves as a helpful starting point for guidance.
Regards,
Earl

Earl You might want to try converts bank statements from PDF to CSV .
It doesn't generate QIF files directly, but if you're not using it for full accounting import, the CSV format might still be useful.

Hi Faye2, depending on which bank you are with, they should have the ability to download transactions via a QIF file. For example in NAB we can export bank transactions to QIF. I too went down the conversion from PDF to QIF rabbit hole when I was told NAB didn't offer this function and desperately needed bank transactions manually loaded. I had to find it for myself in internet banking. If you're with NAB I'm happy to direct further.
