Converting v2023.5 file crashes out of MYOB Account Right

I have tried on several computers to upgrade a file that is v2023.5 and each time it says that it has been updated successfully but then it doesn't actually open up and I am crashed out of MYOB.  I have just tried to attach the .myox file that says it is 8.6 MB but it failed to upload.  How can I regain access to this file that is only used less than half a dozen times a year but it's needed for 30 June reporting?

  • Many thanks. the original tool did not work but luckily there was another comment re updating Microsoft SQL servers and with the help of our IT consultants this was finally able to be done and I was able to open the file.  This can now be closed.
