Allocating to accounts through bank feed
When invoices are paid I send the GST to my tax account. What my dilemma is... is when that comes through on my bank feeds I have to allocate to an account, I can't allocate to the tax account otherwise it credits the account. Same as when it appears in the tax account in banking transactions I have to allocate the money received to an account, but which account? I'm confused on where to allocate this payments as I'm just transferring from one bank account to another to separate my GST until my return. Hope this makes sense, I don't know how else to explain it. Appreciate any help,thanks.
