I am sorry to hear about your experience. In this matter, can you please try to do the basic trouble shooting like Clearing Cache. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.

Hi
It is still not working.
- I have checked account link and it's correct
- I have checked this payment has never been reconciled.
- I tried clearing cache it's still not working
Can you please have a look two screenshot. I can see this is not my problem. this problem is from MYOB and it need to fix.
