Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delayed response.
I understand how important it is for bank feeds to work to reconcile your accounts easier. I believe the issue we are having is trying to link your bank feed to the bank account. Generally, if we can't link the bank feeds it's because the ledger account was previously connected to another bank feed or it is inactive. May I ask for more details on the issue and/or a screenshot to assist further?
