Bank Feeds

Is anyone else having issues with MYOB lately. My bank feeds work sometimes but a lot of the time don't. I just do not have time to contact MYOB everytime I have an issue as I am trying to run a company. I have been having so many issues with MYOB lately. 

  • Hi and yes, have not been working since I first logged on this morning and I keep checking and have tried contacting MYOB but there is a 65 minute wait.  I cannot process anything!

      This has been happening a lot over the past month. It is extremely frustrating. I have also noticed that purchases are going into my reconciliation as payments and sending my reconciliation out. I am so frustrated with MYOB.

        We appreciate your patience regarding this. The team was made aware that the Bank Feed service was currently experiencing delays in delivering transactions. A fix was already done to this and we suggest that you log out and log back in or clear your browser cache if it is still not accessible.
