Cannot import credit card feeds (qif)

Since the "facelift" I cannot now import manually my credit card feeds.

I have this error coming up: "The bank statement file cannot be imported"

Any advices?

Previously it was not a problem.

Regards

  • Hello KI_Guide

    Thank you for your post.

This error might be caused if you are trying to import the .QIF into a previous financial year which you are not able to do.

If you aren't importing a .QIF into a previous financial year, can you please go to the Banking menu and then Manage bank feeds and check if there is any canceled bank feeds linked to the bank account into which the .QIF file is been imported to.

If so, am I able to delete the bank account linked to the bank feed and the relevant bank feed transactions. This will not affect any reconciliation or account balances.

      No,

      I'm importing the credit card transactions from 1 SEP 2022 - 30 SEP 2022 ...

I did this every months since 2015 and now Myob ig giving me this issue.

I'll start billing Myob for the time I'm wasting and my frustration soon ...

Can someone get in contact with me so we can seriously fix this?

      THIS IS URGENT
